You snooze, you lose
At first it won’t be easy for you to disable the snooze and of course you snooze it when you can reach it (the alarm). The solution for that is to put your phone across the room or out of bed so you can’t reach it.
Make your bed immediately after getting up. It will make you productive and you will feel like you have already checked off your list. You will feel good that way. And the next good point is that you won’t go back to your bed because that’s already closed for you.
Evenings have a great role in becoming a morning person. An evening before just take your 5 minutes to set some intentions for the next day.
Somehow knowing what you are going to be looking for to will help set you up for an early rise then you will have a more productive day for the rest of the day. All these planning will make you get out of bed in the morning. Because you already know what things you have to do that particular day.
Without setting intentions or to what we say “to do list” your day will be like you have a lot of stuff to do but you still don’t really know what things to do and what things to do first.
